Changing Your Stylists or Spa Therapist

Please feel free to change stylists or spa therapists within the salon at your convenience. This provides you with a variety of talent and some flexibility in booking an appointment. We suggest that you use at least two stylists or spa therapists regularly so that you are always assured of knowledgeable, personalized service regardless of emergencies, vacations, illnesses or unexpected travel plans.

Services Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your color and cutting service, please call and schedule a complimentary redo within 7 days. The redo policy doesn’t cover a change in the style or color. Full service price applies after 7 days. All guarantees will be determined by the stylist/management. We do not offer refunds for any hair/massage/skin/nail/eyelash/waxing/sugaring services.

Penazz will not be liable nor redo hair color that has been done outside of our salon.  Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results.  Because of the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.

Late Arrivals

In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment.  If it is more than 15 minutes, we will gladly reschedule your service for you.  Any shortened services due to late arrival will be charged full service price.

Cancellations/No Show

If you need to cancel an appointment please do so 48 hours in advance. Any appointments cancelled less that 48 hours or no show for appointment booked a 25% cancellation/no show fee will be charged to guest.  Invoices will be sent out at the end of each month.

Children Policy

As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere, we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon.   We ask that all children remain out of our display windows, not play in our makeup displays or on any furniture/fixtures.  You will be responsible for any damages to our merchandise or equipment.

Return Policy

An exchange may be permitted for opened and/or used returns of hair care/skin care/body care products upon consultation and approval with a salon manager within 30 days of purchase date. Products must be returned within 30 days of original purchase and no more than 25% may be used and receipt present to receive full purchase price.  All clearance items are non-refundable.  Due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot accept opened and /or used returns of the following items: makeup, makeup brushes and applicators, hair brushes and combs, or other hair accessories

Forms Of Payment Accepted

We are happy to accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Debit Cards, Cash and Penazz Gift Cards. We do not accept personal checks or American Express.

Lost/Stolen/Ruined Attire   

When receiving a color/chemical service please be aware of the attire you have on.  Accidents happen with color and Penazz is not responsible for any ruined or damaged clothing.  Penazz is not responsible for any stolen or lost items.

Illnesses

Flu season is no fun for any of us and is highly contagious.  For the safety of our staff, their families, and other guests, please reschedule your appointments if you have had a fever within the last 24 hours or have stayed home from work/school.  Our staff will be unable to perform services if you are sick.  We are sorry for any inconveniences.
