Penazz A Hair & Day Spa eGift Card Disclaimer
Thank you for choosing Penazz an authorized Aveda Salon and Spa. Our eGift Cards are designed to provide a convenient and thoughtful way to share the experience of wellness, beauty, and relaxation. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as the purchase or use of an eGift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Redemption and Use
Aveda Salon & Spa eGift Cards may be redeemed exclusively for products and services offered at Penazz. They may be used toward hair, skin, and body treatments, retail products, or other services provided directly by our salon. eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards. Redemption is subject to availability of appointments and services at the time of booking.
2. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable
All eGift Card sales are final. eGift Cards are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law. Once issued, they cannot be replaced, exchanged, or resold. Any attempt to resell or transfer an eGift Card without authorization will render the card void.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
Penazz is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of eGift Cards. We strongly recommend that recipients treat their eGift Card as they would cash. eGift Cards will not be reissued or replaced if lost or stolen, and the salon bears no liability for unauthorized transactions resulting from loss or theft.
4. Expiration and Fees
Unless prohibited by law, Aveda Salon & Spa eGift Cards do not expire and are not subject to maintenance, dormancy, or service fees. The value on an eGift Card remains valid until fully redeemed. Customers can verify remaining balances by contacting Penazz directly.
5. Restrictions and Limitations
eGift Cards purchased from Penazz are valid only at our authorized location and cannot be used at other Aveda salons, spas, or retail stores. eGift Cards cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or promotional offers unless explicitly stated. The use of eGift Cards for gratuities or tips is at the discretion of the salon.
6. Online and In-Person Use
If eGift Cards are redeemable online through our booking or payment system, users must enter the unique card code at checkout. When redeeming in person, guests must present the digital or printed eGift Card at the time of service or purchase.
7. Fraud and Misuse
Penazz reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any eGift Card and to request alternative forms of payment if we suspect fraud, tampering, or unauthorized activity. eGift Cards obtained through unauthorized channels or third-party resellers are void and will not be honored.
8. Changes to Terms
Penazz reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available at our salon or on our official website. Continued use or possession of the eGift Card following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Penazz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to eGift Cards, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability
